Current Ticket Translate Transcript - all messages in one language
After installation is complete, you will see two tabs in the AI Translator for HelpDesk widget in the ticket details section: Current Ticket and Translator. The Current Ticket - Translation Transcript option allows you to translate all messages of the currently active ticket into the selected language.
You no longer have to worry that the conversation in some ticket was in a language you don't know!
Just select your language and press the Get Translation button!
