The installation of the application needs to be done by the main admin of your HelpDesk license (the license creator email address) and latter authorised with Jira administer account.
📄️ Forms - Create integrated forms
This is the most important section of the whole integration where the magic takes place. It allows you to connect chosen fields from your Issue Type.

If no Forms have been set the application will notify the users.

Both manually and automatically added records will be saved in the Logs section, where you can easily check which agent
