Adding Records Manually
All of the visitors details are available inside the Visitors tab. This section also has the Convert Option.
The Convert option will search through the selected chat and find all of the available values that we have mapped out.
Please note that for chats that are still active some of the fields like post-chat or chat properties will not be available.
After pressing Convert, you will be redirected to the confirmation page, where you can perform a final verification of all of the auto-generated data and correct it if necessary.
Use the filter method to conveniently search through the auto-generated values.
Press Send if all the data is correct and the object will be sent to your Salesforce account.
