Preview Salesforce Data

Every time a new chat is selected the integration will automatically search for all of the Salesforce objects related to the visitor.

Custom search queries are also supported and you can search for any value in the search bar.

Expanding a selected search result will fetch additional details that you can conveniently filter.

Pressing on the object name/id will redirect you to that object in Salesforce.

Recently viewed section allows you to check recent Salesforce objects.
