First step - Finish Installation

The first step you should take when you encounter any issue with one of our LiveChat integrations is to make sure that you clicked "Finish Installation". This is a common issue that can be easily resolved by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Apps section in your LiveChat Agent App (from the left sidebar menu).
  2. Click App Settings
  3. Locate the integration's name on the list and click it.
  4. Click the 3 dots ... in the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Choose Finish Installation

Once the Finish Installation is clicked, please refresh your LiveChat application page. The integration should now be working correctly. If you still encounter any issues, please follow the steps below.

Enable cookies

If you are experiencing issues with the LiveChat agent application or its integrations, make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer by websites you visit. They are used to remember your preferences and settings, and to provide a more personalized browsing experience.

Clearing cache and cookies

If you are experiencing issues with the LiveChat agent application or its integrations, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. This will help to resolve any issues that may be caused by outdated or corrupted data stored in your browser.

Turn off ad blockers

Some of the ad blockers may also block pop-up windows and 3rd party cookies. If it is the case, please turn off the ad blocker for the LiveChat application or turn off it completely. Once you do that, please refresh the LiveChat application page and test if the issue still persists.

Turn off plugins or extensions

Some of the plugins and extentions may also affect the cookies and the application performance. Please turn them temporarily off is possible, refresh the application page and test if the issue still persists.

Turn off VPN

If you are using a VPN software, it may also block or affect the connection to the application servers or its data. Please turn off the VPN software, refresh the application page and test if the issue still persists.
