📄️ Managing Customers
To see the list of saved customers and manage it, go to the Customer section in the left context menu. You will see the list of all customers saved in the CRM system. You can search for a specific customer by typing the name, email address, or the customer ID in the search bar at the top.

📄️ Document Templates
The Document Templates feature allows you to create a document template in the CRM system and then generate a document based on that template. All the data from the customer profile can be automatically inserted into the document. Once the document is ready you can save it as a PDF file to be sent to the customer. No more manual documents creation!
📄️ File Manager
The File Manager section is dedicated to managing the files hosted in your AI CRM for LiveChat application. You can upload, download, and delete the files. The files can be later shared with the customer during the chats. The maximum size of your storage is 5GB per each active agent account in your LiveChat. For example, if you have 4 agents, the total storage size is 20GB.
📄️ Transcript Design
We understand that each chat transcript is and official communication document with your customers. That's why we have created a feature allowing you to create a transcript template. You can define the structure of the transcript, including the data from the chat, and then generate a transcript based on that template. The transcript can be saved as a PDF file to be further shared as a record of the convesation. Struggling with formatting the template? Just ask our AI to apply the expected formatting to the transcript. No more manual formatting!
