Configuration​

If your Twilio phone number is able to deliver SMS message, you can set the notification that will be automatically sent out to all missed call numbers. If your purchased phone number does not support SMS messages, no notification will be sent.

Groups mapping​

Each of your Twilio numbers can be connected to dedicated LiveChat group so your teams do not interfere in each others work. Only the group connected to a certain number is able to receive and make calls using it.

To add a new group connection, click +Add Group Mapping. You will be able to choose both number and group from the displayed dorpdowns. It is possible to created mulitple mappings at once. When you finish your configuration, remember to click Save.
