Introduction

If you need to export chat transcripts with all the necessary details in bulks or individually, you can use the Chats Exporter for LiveChat. It allows you to download chat transcripts in a CSV file format. You can also filter the chats by date range, tags, groups and agents.

All the requested chats will be saved in the downloadable CSV file so you can process them further any way you like.

Pricing

You can export up to 100 chats for free withing a single export. Each started 1000 chats over 100 will be charged with 1 USD. For example, if you export 150 chats, you will be charged 1 USD. If you export 1000 chats, you will be charged 1 USD as well. If you export 1027 chats, you will be charged 2 USD. If you export 4789 chats, you will be charged 5 USD etc.

We are also happy to discuss special pricing for larger exports.
