Introduction

If you need to export chat transcripts with all the necessary details in bulks or individually, you can use the Chats Exporter for LiveChat. It allows you to download chat transcripts in a CSV file format. You can also filter the chats by date range, tags, groups and agents.

All the requested chats will be saved in the downloadable CSV file so you can process them further any way you like.

Pricing

The first export of up to 100 chats is free. After the first export of transcripts, regular pricing applies regardless of whether the first export was free or not.

Regular pricing:

up to 1000 chats - 5.50 USD
from 1001 to 10 000 chats - 3.00 USD for every 1000 chats (rounded up)
from 10 001 to 100 000 chats - 1.50 USD for every 1000 chats (rounded up)
over 100 000 chats - 0.80 USD for every 1000 chats (rounded up)

We are also happy to discuss special pricing for larger exports.
