📄️ Installation
To proceed with the integration installation the Twilio account and an eligible phone number is required. You can connect your existing business phone number or generate a dedicated one.

Twlio for LiveChat application allows your agents to proactively start the chat with any phone number via SMS.
📄️ Logs - Aggregation
The Logs section provides detailed records concerning the active chat or all sent-out messages.

You can easily view current contact information, edit the customer name as well as add internal notes to the Contact Object.
📄️ Translation
It is possible to send translated copy to the recipient. Translation Extension needs to be enabled on your license to use this feature. We recommend installing our AI Translator for LiveChat.
📄️ Webhook
If you would like to automatically start a chat via an external system you can utilize start_chat webhook provided by the integration. This feature is especially helpful if you want to trigger SMS communication on customer request - for instance, customer submits a form on your website and SMS communication with LiveChat Agents starts automatically.
