Introduction

Dashboards for LiveChat

Give your team or clients access to your LiveChat reports without adding them as agents on your license.

After installing the app, add users to grant them access. Each user gets a dedicated link to an external dashboard where they log in with the email and password you set and browse the reports you've allowed. You can limit each user's access to specific LiveChat groups, and there's no limit on the number of users. Every report can be exported as a CSV.

The dashboard also shows chat transcripts from your LiveChat archives for the relevant groups. Filter reports and transcripts by time range, group, agent, and tag.

A 3-day free trial is available so you can test the service.
