Managing Customers

Managing Customers

To see the list of saved customers and manage it, go to the Customer section in the left context menu. You will see the list of all customers saved in the CRM system. You can search for a specific customer by typing the name, email address, or the customer ID in the search bar at the top.

Basic Information

If you choose the Basic Information tab you can see the existing properties and details for the selected customer. You can edit the customer details by clicking the Edit button beneath its name. You can also delete the customer by clicking the Delete button. Each of the listed properties can be automatically copied to your clipboard by clicking on it. On the right side you can see the existing notes for the customer and add a new one by clicking the Save Note button.

Chat Transcripts

If you choose the Chat Transcripts tab you can see the list of all chats with the selected customer. You can see the chat ID, the date of the chat, the agent who handled the chat.

Shared Files

If you choose the Shared Files tab you can see the list of all files shared with the selected customer. You can see the file name, the date of sharing, the agent who shared the file, and the file size.
