Purchasing chats

Once you open your LiveChat agent application's Apps section, find the AutoTagger integration and choose the Billing tab.

First 100 chats are scanned for free so you can test it out without any costs.

Once you decide you need more chats tagged, we offer the following pricing: 0.0625 USD per scanned chat - meaning 6.25 USD per 1000 chats! Each time a chat is scanned by the AI (one of the active Automations applies to it), the available chats quota is decreased by 1 whether the chat is tagged or not. The price per scanned chat is always the same regardless of the number of tags. The minimum number of purchasable chats is 100. You can have up to 10 automations active at once. Need more?
