Chat Details Widget

This section will contain Salesforce Objects related to the current Visitor (If exists), as well as an option to create a new object for the given Chat.

• Account Selector - This dropdown can be found in the top-right corner. Changing the account will refresh all tabs.
• New Object - You can select the object to create here, based on the configuration. The fields will be populated automatically, but can be edited by an agent here. Integration will first verify if the required fields have been populated, before sending the new object to SalesForce.
